Stage One
Strategic Assessment
A strategic assessment justifies the need to invest in change! The client will be provided with a Client in-Take form so we can identify the areas for improvement or achievement.
Stage Two
Executive Coaching
The client will work with a coach to develop a SMART plan with milestone and accountability markers that are required to be updated weekly.
Stage Three
Community Support
Once the client finishes the program, we will connect them to a community of resources to ensure that have ongoing community support!
